Cancellation & No Show Appointments

At Relax and Unwind 757, we understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment. However, we request that you provide us with sufficient notice so that we can accommodate other clients and adjust our schedules accordingly.

  • Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to offer the slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. You can cancel or reschedule by calling us at [phone number] or emailing us at [email address].

  • No Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not provided us with a 24-hour notice, it will be considered a “no show.” No shows will be charged 50% of the service fee to cover the cost of the therapist's time and preparation.

  • Repeat No Shows or Cancellations: If you repeatedly miss appointments or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we may require you to prepay for your appointments to reserve a spot.

  • Late Arrivals: If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client's appointment.

  • Refunds: Any fees charged for no-show appointments are non-refundable. However, if you have prepaid for a service and need to cancel within the 24-hour cancellation window, we can apply the amount to a future appointment.
