  4. Punctuality: Arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and the original session fee will still apply.

  5. Respectful Conduct: Treat our therapists and staff with respect and courtesy at all times. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or aggression, will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of your appointment and refusal of future services.

  7. Personal Hygiene: Maintain good personal hygiene before your appointment, as this contributes to a comfortable and pleasant experience for both you and your therapist.
